  Something is going on in the optical department. I got very poor customer service today....actually no service at all. Optical manager was very unreasonable. They have policies about certain frames that they dont tell you about in advance and don't have in writing and they don't stick to the same policy consistently, it's just up to individual employees to choose to follow unwritten policies or not. I recommend going elsewhere for quicker and better customer service
