  I have been a resident of Carmel at Wood Creek West for almost a year and a half now and my experience with some of the staff/management has been INEXCUSABLE. Thomas McCormick , my Neighbor whom i share a common wall with that seperates our apt's is a manager here . I was up at the office on december 6 th and he asked me about an incident that i was involved with 3 days earlier , a community resident had pulled up agressively infront of my garage door with his bumper 6" away from being in my garage where the door would be unable to close and i responded immediately to this neighbors behavior and it escalated rapidly .The neighbor wisely stayed in his vehicle smelling of alcohol and said that 4 hours earlier i had tailgated him out of the complex and he followed me home so that he " would know where i lived" and i responded with , "ok , i know where you live also " because his vehicle is a truck that is parked infront of his apt and i pass by it every time i leave or return , as soon as i said those words the resident he said " you know where i live? Im calling the cops " (but he followed me home and is nearly in MY garage lol ) i said " thats fine go ahead" and directed this resident to look up at my security Cameras which i have armed and recording 24 hours a day and 3 of them plus the gro pro in my car , so 4 cameras caught this incident on video. This resident immediately backed off and drove away back to his appartment which is very near the front of the complex . The next morning the same resident drives by my apt which is located in the very back of the complex where he has no reason to be (again caught on my security cameras) . Apartment living is not without its up's and down's and dealing with residents that get out of line especially when that resident i speak of had been drinking heavily is some times part of the apartment experience. ********(i felt it was important to lay out the circumstance in which i had this conversation with Thomas McCormick before continuing)********. After explaing this event to Thomas he Said " Well i hope if i ever drive up POLITELY you dont want to kick my ass" implying that this neighbor did that on the evening in question .The conversation ended with me saying "My cameras caught all this on video which would exonerate me of this issue" and i got up and left his office . ***** i pay nearly $2,000.00 a month and when my lease is up i am gone and I will NEVER recommend Carmel at Wood Creek West to anyone ever ***** .The way i was treated by Mr McCormick is inexcusable .
