  I've never been to this dentist but I received a bill for over $600 in my name. When contacted "Mandy" stated that I received the bill because my name was on my step-son's insurance. I advised her that I never approved aNY treatment at their facility and she started it did not matter. I am now receiving late notices and they will not bill the responsible party. They now will not return my calls. DO NOT USE THIS DR! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU DON'T APPROVE
